MLB: World Series Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook Currently
The MLB regular season has been going on for the past two months. It is a little bit over a month away from the MLB All-Star Weekend at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. Some teams are looking forward to competing in the postseason and some teams are already looking forward to the 2022 regular season.
It is never too early to talk about the MLB World Series odds for the 2021 season. Some teams are in great shape to have a chance to win it all and some teams will need to claw and fight to the very end in order to even have a chance to do so.
The MLB is a very long season and sometimes people can’t tune into a 162-game regular season, but they will definitely tune in once the MLB postseason arrives. At this very moment in time, which teams in the MLB are the favorites to win the World Series?
These odds as always, are provided by FanDuel Sportsbook. It is always the best in the business.
Los Angeles Dodgers +340
Despite being in third place in the National League West behind the San Francisco Giants and the San Diego Padres, the Los Angeles Dodgers will catch fire once again and find a way into the MLB postseason.
I am not exactly sure if they are going to repeat as World Series Champions, but they have the talent to do so. Cody Bellinger, Max Muncy, Chris Taylor, Mookie Betts, Gavin Lux, Will Smith, and others. The lineup is extremely deep.
Clayton Kershaw, Walker Buehler, and Trevor Bauer lead this rotation. Not having Dustin May may hurt at the end for them and so can this weak bullpen. Dave Roberts could be the manager of the year in the National League once again.
Chicago White Sox +650
The Chicago White Sox are currently in first place in the American League Central. Tony La Rusa is Chicago’s manager. He has been tremendous with them in his first season with the ball club and he is a hall of fame manager in the MLB.
Tim Anderson is the heartbeat of the Chicago White Sox. He is the best player on this roster by far.
This team has a mix of power and contact hitters. Nick Madrigal, Jose Abreu, Yoan Moncada, Andrew Vaughn, and others fit the bill for the Chicago White Sox. Lucas Giolito.
San Diego Padres +700
The San Diego Padres currently sit in second place in the National League West. They are one of the best teams in the MLB. San Diego is loaded offensively and at pitching.
Fernando Tatis Jr., Manny Machado, Eric Hosmer, Jake Cronenworth, Wil Myers, and others are some of the key bats in this San Diego Padres lineup in the MLB.
Blake Snell, Yu Darvish, and Chris Paddack are three of San Diego’s top pitchers. The San Diego Padres haven’t called up top pitching prospect MacKenzie Gore in the MLB. The bullpen could be their back breaker though here as well in the MLB.
Other MLB World Series betting odds: New York Mets +900, New York Yankees +1100, Tampa Bay Rays +1400, Houston Astros +1600, and Atlanta Braves & Oakland Athletics +2000.
If I had to bet who would win the World Series, I would be the Los Angeles Dodgers first, the New York Mets second, and the San Diego Padres third. I would bet the Tampa Bay Rays before I would bet the Chicago White Sox.
