New York Giants Offense Shows Their True Colors

The New York Giants offense and team was riding high on a four-game winning streak. New York and their offense fell flat on their faces at home against the Arizona Cardinals at home by a final score of 26-7.

The Giants had Daniel Jones back in this football game. He only had a one-game absence and Jones was down right terrible in this football game.

Jones could very well not be the answer for the quarterback position moving forward and Head Coach Joe Judge should have maybe just started Colt McCoy for another week or so.

The good news is The New York Giants could still be in first place at the end of the day if The Washington Football Team (5-7) loses to The San Francisco 49ers (5-7) on Sunday afternoon.

Jones completed 11-of-21 passes for 127 yards. He couldn’t run the football at all due to his hamstring.

If Daniel Jones can’t get anything going, then it is what it is for this offense.

Jones is the heartbeat of this New York Giants offense. He was replaced by Colt McCoy late in this football game.

Colt McCoy completed 2-of-3 passes for 18 yards.

Wayne Gallman Jr. rushed for 57 yards on 12 carries. He also caught three passes for 16 yards receiving.

Dion Lewis rushed for 14 yards on two carries and a touchdown.

Alfred Morris rushed for seven yards on three carries.

Golden Tate had a 39-yard reception in this football game.

Sterling Shepard caught three passes for 35 yards receiving.

Darius Slayton caught three passes for 31 yards receiving.

Evan Engram caught two passes for 18 yards receiving.

This is one of the worst wide receiver groups in the NFL. They need to draft a wide receiver in the first couple of rounds of the NFL Draft. These wide receivers can not create any separation what so ever.

Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett may be fired after this season after being the Dallas Cowboys head coach.

Head Coach Joe Judge will need to go back to the drawing board.

Defensive Coordinator Patrick Graham and his defensive squad can’t save this team week in and week out.

The offense will need to bounce back next week or they will be left out of the playoffs.

They thought it was going to be a growing and pop offense in a good way this season, but it has not been very good. Daniel Jones is regressing and the reason why they lost in this game is because they lost the turnover battle and it was the first time in over a month he committed a turnover in the football game.

This team will have a lot to work on moving forward and time is running out on the regular season. This football team is rebuilding and maybe a year or two away from getting back into the playoffs as well here.

The Arizona Cardinals (7-6) next game will be at home next Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles (3-8-1) next week on Sunday.

The New York Giants (5-8) next game will be at home next Sunday night against the Cleveland Browns (9-3).
