The NHL regular season has now concluded for 2019-2020. It is time for bets to go down. I am not into betting much, but for some teams, it might be worth it. What are the potential odds for the 2020 Stanley Cup Champions?
The Boston Bruins and Vegas Golden Knights each have 11-2 odds to win it all. The Tampa Bay Lightning has 6-1 odds to win it all. The St. Louis Blues and Washington Capitals have 8-1 odds. The Colorado Avalanche have 17-2 odds.
Philadelphia has 12-1 odds to win the Cup. This is the Flyers’ best odds to win it in a while. The Dallas Stars and Pittsburgh Penguins each have 15-1 odds to win it all. The Edmonton Oilers, the Nashville Predators, and the Toronto Maple Leafs have 25-1 odds to capture Lord Stanley’s Cup.
The Calgary Flames have 30-1 odds to win it all. The Arizona Coyotes, the Carolina Hurricanes, the Vancouver Canucks, and the Winnipeg Jets have 50-1 odds to win it. The Columbus Blue Jackets, the Florida Panthers, the Minnesota Wild, the New York Islanders, and the New York Rangers all have 75-1 odds to win the whole thing this year.
The Chicago Blackhawks and Montreal Canadiens each have 100-1 odds to win it all this summer.

Here is one of the questions. Who should you bet on? Here is who I would bet on potentially: Boston, Tampa Bay, Washington, Pittsburgh, Colorado, and St. Louis. A couple of other good bets along with them could be: Calgary and Columbus.
Teams I would stay away from: Vegas, Chicago, Montreal, Arizona, Minnesota, Vancouver, Florida, and Toronto.
Teams I would think hard about: Dallas, Philadelphia, New York Rangers, New York Islanders, Carolina, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Nashville.
That is just my opinion on all of this. I am curious to see how many people are betting right now. Sports betting is the heart and soul of Vegas. We will see how much money they are going to make off this.
At the end of the day, I think the Penguins, the Capitals, Blues, Avalanche, Lightning, or Bruins will win it all during this unusually designed playoff season.

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are always unpredictable every single year. This could be the year we see something unexpected. The playoffs are most likely not going to begin until the end of July or the beginning of August at the earliest.
Training camps will not begin before July 1. NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman made that clear on his call on Tuesday afternoon to reporters and other people. This is an exciting time now for sports fans and maybe just maybe we are going to see light at the end of the tunnel down the road.
For so long, hockey fans had questions about the remainder of the NHL season. But, now they’re getting plenty of answers. Let the playoffs begin!
