Which players will be ranked 30-21?

30. Pascal Siakam, PF, Toronto Raptors

Siakam might be the face of the franchise in a couple of years from now. He won the Most Improved Player Award in the NBA last season. Pascal Siakam developed into a solid number two option for this team. Head Coach Nick Nurse deserves a lot of credit for his development. Siakam is only 25 years old and he has the potential to be an All-Star next season. Kawhi Leonard decided to leave the Toronto Raptors in free agency for the Los Angeles Clippers. Pascal Siakam averaged 16.9 PPG, 6.9 RPG, 3.1 APG, 0.7 BPG, and 0.9 SPG, in 80 games played last season. He could take a monster step forward next season at both ends of the floor.

29. Luka Doncic, SG, Dallas Mavericks

Doncic was a sensation as a rookie and he will continue to grow as an NBA player. Luka Doncic won Rookie of the Year Award last season. He could lead Dallas to another NBA Title one day. Doncic is a solid shooter and playmaker. In 72 games played last season, he averaged 21.2 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 6 APG, 0.3 BPG, and 1.1 SPG. The Mavericks want to build around him and that is one of the reasons why they decided to trade for Kristaps Porzingis from the New York Knicks last season and they also re-signed him. Luka Doncic is only 20 years old.

28. Andre Drummond, C, Detroit Pistons

Drummond is one of the most under-appreciated players in the NBA. He is also one of the most consistent players in the NBA as well. Andre Drummond is very strong down low. He is a very good rebounder and Drummond doesn’t shoot much from the outside. He posts a ton of double-doubles. Andre Drummond was one of the reasons why the Detroit Pistons reached the playoffs last season. He averaged 17.3 PPG, 15.6 RPG, 1.4 APG, 1.7 BPG, and 1.7 SPG last season, in 79 games. Andre Drummond is only 25 years old and it feels like he has been in the NBA a lot longer than he actually has been.

27. Khris Middleton, SG, Milwaukee Bucks

Middleton signed a max contract with Milwaukee this offseason, but time will in whether or not they got rid of the wrong shooting guard. Khris Middleton pulled a disappearing act in the Eastern Conference Finals last season. He is supposed to be the Bucks second-best player. In 77 games played last season, Middleton averaged 18.3 PPG, 6 RPG, 4.3 APG, 0.1 BPG, and 1 SPG. He is 27 years old.

26. Victor Oladipo, SG/PG, Indiana Pacers

Oladipo has developed into a star for Indiana over the past couple of years. If he hadn’t torn his quad last season, Indiana could have very well won a playoff series. They were like the third-best team in the east when Victor Oladipo was healthy. The Indiana Pacers dropped to the number five seed and they were swept in the first round against the Boston Celtics. Oladipo is also one of the best shooting guards in the NBA. He and Malcolm Brogdon could be one of the best backcourts in the NBA this upcoming season. Indiana has not reached the Eastern Conference Finals since the 2013 season. Victor Oladipo played in 36 games last season. He averaged 18.8 PPG, 5.6 RPG, 5.2 APG, 0.3 BPG, and 1.7 SPG last season. Oladipo is 27 years old.

25. Kyle Kuzma, C/PF, Los Angeles Lakers

Kuzma will be one of the key components to this team this upcoming season. He is also one of the best young players in the NBA. Kyle Kuzma is only 24 years old. He plays very well with his back to the basket and Kuzma shoots well from the outside as well. There is a reason why the Los Angeles Lakers decided not to trade him to the New Orleans Pelicans for Anthony Davis. In 70 games played last season, Kyle Kuzma averaged 18.7 PPG, 5.5 RPG, 2.5 APG, 0.4 BPG, and 0.6 SPG.

24. CJ McCollum, SG, Portland Trail Blazers

McCollum played a monster role for the Portland Trail Blazers last season. He was one of the reasons why they reached the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2001. Portland could have very well reached the NBA Finals, but they had a difficult time hanging onto leads in three of those games. The Trail Blazers were swept in that series against the Golden State Warriors. They have knocked them out once again for the second time in three postseasons. C.J. McCollum and Damian Lillard is one of the best backcourts in the NBA. McCollum played in 70 games last season and he averaged 22.3 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 3.1 APG, 0.4 BPG, and 0.8 SPG last season. C.J. McCollum is 27 years old.

23. Kevin Love, C/PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Love was injured for the majority of the 2018-2019 season. He made the Cleveland Cavaliers more respectable when Kevin Love returned from injury last season. In 22 games played last season, he averaged 17 PPG, 10.9 RPG, 2.2 APG, 0.2 BPG, and 0.3 SPG last season. Love is effective with his back turned to the basket and he can also pop it from three. Kevin Love isn’t known for his defense. He is 30 years old. Love might get traded at some point to a team that is in win-now mode since the Cleveland Cavaliers are in rebuild mode, but the players inside the locker room love his presence.

22. D’Angelo Russell, PG/SG, Golden State Warriors

Russell was an All-Star for the first time in his career at 23 years old last season with the Brooklyn Nets. He was one of the reasons why the Brooklyn Nets reached the playoffs for the first time since 2014-2015. Brooklyn decided to move in a different direction with D’Angelo Russell because they signed Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and DeAndre Jordan in the offseason. The Nets did a sign-and-trade with the Golden State Warriors. Russell will be able to help out big time in the Golden State Warriors backcourt with Klay Thompson being out for most of next season. D’Angelo Russell will be able to co-exist will with Steph Curry. Russell played in 81 games last season and he averaged 21.1 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 7 APG, 0.2 BPG, and 1.2 SPG. He is also very underrated at scoring the basketball.

21. Kemba Walker, PG/SG, Boston Celtics

A lot of people think that Kemba Walker will be a better fit with the Boston Celtics than Kyrie Irving was. Walker plays a very similar game to Irving, but Kemba Walker might be a better leader than Kyrie Irving, but he is a little less talented than him. Walker has played his entire NBA career up to this point with the Charlotte Hornets. In 82 games played last season, he averaged 25.6 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 5.9 APG, 0.4 BPG, and 1.2 SPG. Kemba Walker is 29 years old and is in the prime of his career.

The list will continue next week when players 20-11 get announced.
