The Buffalo Bills have had a solid defense over the past couple of years. The offense just has not kept up. That is why they are losing games late. Nonetheless, they still need to improve their pass rush. E.J. Gaines and Kevin Johnson are only 1yr deals. Thus, the need for d-line arises.
Christian Wilkins (Clemson) would make an immediate impact for the Buffalo Bills. The 6’3” 315lb DL makes offensive lineman have nightmares. He can take up multiple O-linemen in one play. He takes on gap responsibilities along with creating double teams. This will help the LBs of the Bills along with the rest of the front four.
The other strong area of need is along the offensive line. Specifically at left tackle. They need to protect their young franchise QB, Josh Allen.
The one name that I see tied to them the most is Andre Dillard (Washington State). Dillard is 6’5” 315lb. However, he is very agile and aware of his surroundings. He will need some work in the run game. They just did not do much of it up there. Nonetheless, he will make an o-line anchor for several years.

It has been a while since the Buffalo Bills have had a shutdown corner. Stephon Gilmore was probably the last. He left for the New England Patriots 2 years ago. Thus, they should be looking for another that could take out the opposition’s top target.
This is not a need in the first round. Although, if they believe it should be they may look at the position. Depending on who is available. Nonetheless, a player like Rock Ya-Sin could be on the radar in the second round. Ya-Sin is excellent in man coverage. While he is only 6’0”, his ball skills make up for his size. He could be the next shutdown corner for the Bills.
The Buffalo Bills are a team that began to turn heads at the end of 2018. Another solid draft just could be what they need to get back into the playoff picture. Can that happen in 2019? Watch to find out.
