NBA Trade Rumors: Five Trades outside of Anthony Davis

The NBA Trade Deadline is just two days away. There are several names that are being tossed around like rag dolls. The biggest, of course, is Anthony Davis. AD has expanded his teams of interest from only the Los Angeles Lakers. He has now included the Milwaukee Bucks, New York Knicks, and Los Angeles Clippers to go along with the Lakers. What about the other players in the league? All this talk of AD but the others are getting no love. Here we look at five other deals outside of Anthony Davis.

Lakers Send Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to Chicago Bulls for Jabari Parker

This one is on the back burner but is still cooking. This trade cannot happen as a straight swap. The Lakers would need to include another piece. However, the Lakers are offering most of their other expiring contracts for AD. Therefore, getting this deal done could take some work.

Indiana Pacers could move Kyle O’Quinn

With injuries to key players, including the season-ender to Victor Oladipo, the Pacers could be looking to add some depth. O’Quinn is a piece that is moveable. It would come on the remainder of $4.4 million expiring contract. That is a very affordable move for a team that needs some help. Especially on the wing.

Boston Celtics not looking to move Marcus Morris

Morris has been a huge piece to the success of the Celtics this season. The Celtics are 34-19 and in 3rd place of the Eastern Conference. Morris is a big reason behind this. “I would hate to think where they’d be without Morris,” one scout told Sean Deveney of Sporting News. “All the stuff that’s gone on, at least on the floor, he kind of holds it together for them.”

Minnesota Timberwolves could move Dario Saric

Saric has seen a decrease in playing time since the coaching change. Thus, possibly making him available prior to Thursday’s deadline.

Could The Portland Trail Blazers move Zach Collins?

Collins is a wanted big man among teams in the NBA. However, the Blazers have been reluctant to talks that include his name. Will the Blazers move the big man before Thursday’s deadline? Only if there is an out of this world offer that the Blazers cannot refuse.

These are five names that we could see moved before the NBA Trade Deadline on Thursday. The next 24-48 hours should be interesting and busy for all NBA teams.
