Florida Gators: Looking Ahead to Missouri
The Florida Gators return home after suffering their second loss of the season. Last week they would lose to the Georgia Bulldogs. Now they played a good game but came up short in the end. Turnovers were an issue last week, and it cost them a chance to play for an SEC Championship. The Gators are headed in the right direction. Head coach Dan Mullen now has his focus on the Missouri Tigers.
It is the homecoming for the Florida Gators. The last time they lost to Kentucky they played a solid game and won over the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The Gators defense has been good all season. The most significant improvement has been on the offensive side. Many people will say that Franks has not been the quarterback that they hoped for. The fans must remember he isn’t Tim Tebow. He does well and well make mistakes just like every other quarterback does.
The Florida Gators defense will be up against a good quarterback. Drew Lock is one of the best in the nation. He can do both on the ground and through the air. They run a high-octane offense. This will be the toughest test for the Gators so far this year. If the Gators can slow Lock down look for them to have a good game.
The Gators are having a good season not many had them now with only two losses. The loss last week was in a good game where turnovers cost them. Mullen has them moving in the right direction. They will have another good game this week against Missouri. Look for the offense to bounce back this week. The defense has always been prepared and look for that to be the same this week. This will be a good SEC game.
