Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Artie And Lillian Have A Future Together

Lillian and Artie might not have been the main focus of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Season 3, but it sure played with our emotions. As Lillian became more attached to Artie, the more invested we became. What’s next for the two in Season 4?

Lillian, trying to escape her dead husbands shadow, didn’t know whether to give Artie a chance. She was so worried about going to Europe with him, thinking he was going to propose. It wasn’t until late in the season that she finally decided to take him up on the offer.

The two will make such a cute couple on Season 4. The only drawback is the health of Artie. He’s only got two-three years to live. Lillian has pushed for him to get a new heart, but Artie refuses. It can be a selfish move on both ends, but more so Artie.

Lillian is in love with Artie. Ultimately it’s up to Artie whether he wants a new heart. It isn’t up to Lillian. Still, Artie should be a little more considerate of her feelings. She wants to have somewhat of a future with him. two-three years isn’t a lot of time. Artie should really consider getting a new heart to ease Lillian’s mind so the two can live the rest of their lives together.

If things go according to plan, Artie could propose at some point in Season 4. Lillian and Artie are both up there in age, but the two can still live the rest of their lives together and happy. Who knows at what point the proposal will come. It probably will, assuming Artie gets a new heart. (Although, he might not and Lillian could still marry him despite the short time to live.)

Artie and Lillian might not a sub-plot of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, but it’s just as important as the other storylines. Lillian deserves to be happy, as does Artie. The two are great together. They should really explore a future. Artie needs that heart as well. Hopefully, Lillian convinces him to get it.

Lillian has gone through so much, and is such an off the wall person. Artie seems to get her. Both have their little quirks, but they make it work. This is why the two work so well together. They balance each other out. And that’s true love.[DanielTwitter]
