Philadelphia Eagles: What Teams Are On Their 2018 Schedule?

The Philadelphia Eagles finished their 2017 regular season tied with the Minnesota Vikings for the best record in the NFC at 13-3. As the Eagles head into the playoffs, we will take a look at their 2018 schedule. While these are just the teams the Philadelphia Eagles will play in 2018, all dates and times will be released in April.

The Philadelphia Eagles Home Schedule for 2018

Washington Redskins (7-9): The Eagles swept the Redskins in 2017, however, the Skins might be without Kirk Cousins in 2018. There’s no telling who the Eagles defense may face.

New York Giants (3-13): The same goes for the Giants. The Eagles swept the Giants in 2017. And with new GM Dave Gettleman cleaning house, the Eagles may not face Eli Manning in a Giants uniform come 2018.

Dallas Cowboys (9-7): The Cowboys are the only team in the NFC East who can stake claim to defeating the Eagles in 2017. However, the Eagles already had clinched home-field advantage by week 17 and the Cowboys faced the Eagles without their main weapons.

Houston Texans (4-12): The Texans’ record placed them at the bottom of their division but that was well after the fact that J.J. Watt and Deshaun Watson was lost for the season due to injury.

Indianapolis Colts (4-12): The Colts just fired their coach Chuck Pagano and the status of quarterback Andrew Luck is still in the air. The Colts are in need of a new leader, possibly at both positions.

Minnesota Vikings (13-3): The Vikings are the real deal. If there was one team in the NFL who could go toe-to-toe with the Eagles, the Vikings were the ones. Too bad they didn’t play in 2017.

Carolina Panthers (11-5): The Eagles defeated the Panthers in 2017 and will look to continue the trend if they meet in the playoffs this season. The Panthers are led by Cam Newton and a strong defense.

The Philadelphia Eagles Away Schedule For 2018

New York Giants (3-13): It’s all about the rebuild for the Giants in 2018.

Dallas Cowboys (9-7): Can the Cowboys spoil a perfect division record for the Eagles again?

Washington Redskins (7-9): Any divisional game is a tough one in the NFC East.

Atlanta Falcons (10-6): The Falcons were one of three teams in the NFC South to make the playoffs in 2017.

New Orleans Saints (11-5): The Saints will enter the 2018 season as NFC South Champs. Drew Brees leads an explosive offense that could give the Eagles defense problems.

Jacksonville Jaguars (10-6): The Jaguars will head to the playoffs for the first time in 10 seasons. Blake Bortles has staked his claim as the leader of this young squad.

Tennessee Titans (9-7): The Titans have turned their misfortunes around and made the playoffs in 2017. How far can Marcus Mariota lead them in 2018?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-11): Which Buccaneers team will show up in 2018? Will it be the one many chose for Super Bowl contention or the disaster of 2017?
