FanDuel NFL Week 12 Picks: Three optimized lineups

My week 12 NFL DFS article for FanDuel is pared down due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Instead of going into a full explanation of each player, I provide three complete optimized lineups in my FanDuel NFL Week 12 Picks.

1) Tom Brady is back to putting up big numbers against any opponent. Also, over the last two weeks, the Dolphins have given up the most fantasy points per game against QBs with a 27.68 average which includes six passing TDs, according to fantsy.nfl.com. RBs Le’Veon Bell and Todd Gurley should provide solid floors. The three cheap WRs are in good matchups, seeing a decent amount of volume and are involved in the red zone.

QB Tom Brady (NE, $9,100)
RB Le’Veon Bell (PIT, $9,400)
RB Todd Gurley (LAR, $8,500)
WR Rishard Mathews (TEN, 6,300)
WR Kenny Stills (MIA, $5,600)
WR Corey Davis (TEN, $5,400)
TE Delanie Walker (TEN, $5,900)
K Matt Bryant (ATL, $4,900)
DST Cincinnati Bangles ($4,900)

2) QB Matt Ryan and the rest of the Falcons’ offense have laid a collective fantasy egg this season. However, they are facing the Buccaneers’ defense which allowed a poor Dolphins’ offense to rack up 365 yards through the air. The Falcons’ defense is also not that great, so this could be a shootout. So, if this does become a high scoring game, the stack of QB Matt Ryan/WR Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu should allow you to take advantage of most of Falcons’ touchdowns.

Kareem Hunt hasn’t made value in almost two months but is a great matchup this week. Over the last four weeks, the Bills have given astonishing 36.48 FPPG average to RBs, and 11 TDs (10 rushing, 1 receiving), both a league-high by a large margin.

QB Matt Ryan (ATL, $7,600)
RB Todd Gurley (LAR, $8,500)
RB Kareem Hunt (KC, $7,700)
WR Julio Jones (ATL, $7,800)
WR Mohamed Sanu (ATL, $5,800)
WR Alshon Jeffery (PHI, $7,100)
TE Delanie Walker (TEN, $5,900)
K Chris Boswell (PIT, $4,800)
DST Pittsburgh Steelers ($4,800)

3) Stacking QB Russell Wilson and TE Jimmy Graham is expensive and not a great matchup for Graham, but the duo has combined for five TDs over the last four games. Graham has certainly become a red zone target and Wilson has resumed racking up fantasy points through the air and on the ground.

QB Russell Wilson ($8,600)
RB Todd Gurley (LAR, $8,500)
RB Kareem Hunt (KC, $7,700)
WR Rishard Mathews (TEN, 6,300)
WR Mohamed Sanu (ATL, $5,800)
WR Corey Davis (TEN, $5,400)
TE Jimmy Graham (SEA, $7,000)
K Stephen Gostkowski (NE,$5,200)
DST Jacksonville Jaguars ($5,500)
