C-USA: Final Week of Conference Football
To be honest, I could shed a tear, the final week of C-USA in conference play is here, and while a good majority of the team will be bowl eligible, others teams season will end this week. As C-USA faces rivalry week, and others look for their first win of the season, the following games outlined below, are the final games this year:
WKU @ FIU
Both teams are currently bowl eligible but are looking to build winning moment to ensure a better bowl. Moreover, WKU is coming off a triple OT win and should have no problem passing FIU in this game.
North Texas @ Rice
Seeing that North Texas is riding the success of their QB M. Fine, they should easily walk over Rice. As a matter of fact, Rice is sitting at one win for the entire season. Hence, expect a big blowout from North Texas.
UTEP @ UAB
Above all, UAB is a running machine, averaging almost 200 yards of rushing. While UTEP is still searching for their first win of the season. Nevertheless, UTEP will come up short, as UAB continues their great run this season.
FAU @ Charlotte
Lane Kiffin is having great success at FAU and looks to run up the score on one win Charlotte. In fact, FAU is averaging 40 points a game and will win this game with great plays from all sides of the ball.
Southern Miss @ Marshall
Seeing that Marshall is the favorite in this game this week Southern Miss should pull off the upset. Southern Miss is putting up more points per game and yardage overall and will overwhelm Marshall with a balanced offensive gameplay.
Old Dominion @ Middle Tennessee
Both teams are looking to win this last game to become bowl eligible, but Midd Tenn will stop Old Dominion, who have won their last three to try to become bowl eligible.
UTSA @ LTech
In short, LTech has had a disappointing season. However, they are looking to win the final game of the season against a UTSA team that has fallen off as of recently. All in all, UTSA will bring disappointment to all LTech fans, as UTSA pulls a late victory against LTech.
Since all the aforementioned recaps outlined above, the current standings are outlined below:
